Appointments
Dr. McNamara is unique in his respect for your time and is rarely late for an appointment. He believes that all patients deserve to be seen in a timely manner. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. For your convenience you may download the three new patient forms on this site. Complete them and bring them with you along with your insurance card to your appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so your chart maybe completed and you can be seen at the time appointed. If it is necessary to cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours notice to avoid a potential additional charge.

Insurance
Our office is currently a provider for virtually all major insurance companies. However, we are not currently accepting Wellcare, Humana, Medicaid and several of the new Medicare replacement policies. However, we will be happy to provide you care at our "non-insured" reduced fees. We are the first and to our knowledge still the only office to provide this service to the Orlando community.

Payment Options
At Central Florida Foot & Ankle Specialists, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for payment of services. We offer special rates for uninsured patients and those that are insured by a company for which we are not providers.
